Celestino Esquipula charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Esquipula the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Boca unidos getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Celestino Esquipula hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Armando Clis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Gorosti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Lugo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Pedro Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Haritzeder in the 26th minute of play. Filomeno Gorosti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Esquipula's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Joaquin Poz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Gorosti having to interfere. When Boca unidos's Celestino Esquipula in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cirqueros de Floresta's goalie prevented a goal. Daniel Ciano's late challenge caught a Boca unidos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Ciano helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Cirqueros de Floresta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boca unidos:s goal. Cirqueros de Floresta:s Filomeno Gorosti showed great skill when he stopped Alonzo Urbes:s penalty.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celestino Esquipula was the one to do the kick off. Boca unidos's Pedro Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Lixandro in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Alonzo Fernanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Celestino Esquipula kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filomeno Gorosti. That made the score 0-1 in the 57 minute of play. If Armando Clis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Celestino Esquipula recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filomeno Gorosti. Celestino Esquipula showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. 84 minutes into the game, Armando Clis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Filomeno Gorosti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 96 minutes into the match, Cirqueros de Floresta's goalkeeper Filomeno Gorosti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Clis.
