Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcos Menendo got the match started through his kick off. Dionisio Larra might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Urki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dionisio Larra ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 19 minutes, Dionisio Larra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solitario F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Larra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Solitario F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Leif Anundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Urki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Dionisio Larra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Urki was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Marcelo Urki made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Dionisio Larra sent off a good shot on target. Jacinto Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th match minute, Solitario F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Solitario F.C. played a much better game than Garibaldi FC and deserved their victory. The Garibaldi FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
