In the 17th minute, Enrique Pello made a precise shot to the right of Nereo Loiola. Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximo Natanael got free with Primitivo Tabor in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Edelmiro Procopio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Primitivo Tabor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Remir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primitivo Tabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Remir, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute, Enrique Pello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rompetobillos United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The wind increased when Paulino Remir made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match, Enrique Pello tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nereo Loiola saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Enrique Pello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Nereo Loiola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Enrique Pello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's zone, Javier Bide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Loiola came out of the goal and Javier Bide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rompetobillos United's Tadeo Resto got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rompetobillos United's Primitivo Tabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Remir in the 77th minute of play. Primitivo Tabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Natanael in the 78th minute of play. Paulino Remir took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Tabor. Primitivo Tabor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Maximo Natanael might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Tabor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximo Natanael ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute Paulino Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Tabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's Maximo Natanael sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Tabor narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
