MAGI atletic club's Aurelio Montel got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Albino Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MAGI atletic club's Gonzalo Pudes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Vedillo in the 38th minute of play. If Armando Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Pudes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Dabi in the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Vedillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gonzalo Pudes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albino Dabi in the 53rd minute. MAGI atletic club's Gonzalo Pudes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save MAGI atletic club from getting a goal against them. The supporters of MAGI atletic club booed when Red Owls FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Dabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzalo Pudes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Albino Dabi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzalo Pudes. MAGI atletic club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albino Dabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Halil Can İpekçi fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAGI atletic club's protests and gave Halil Can İpekçi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute of the game, Red Owls FC got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. MAGI atletic club's Aurelio Montel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aureliano Peter, made in the 95th minute of the game. Nunez Sotil got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 97th minute, Nunez Sotil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The MAGI atletic club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Red Owls FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Red Owls FC.
