Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Filiberto Eladio got the match started through his kick off. In the 11thth minute of the game Sixto Iliana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ateneo.f.c.'s Gabriel Tirso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gabriel Tirso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Iliana in the 13th minute of the match. Sixto Iliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gabriel Tirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Iliana in the 18th minute of play forced ateneo.f.c.'s goalkeeper Gabriel Tirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Eladio ran back to his position shaking his head. Evaristo Gasteiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Thomas in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roque Evarado was the one to do the kick off. Evaristo Gasteiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Thomas's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Roque Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Tirso having to interfere. Evaristo Gasteiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Eladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Roque Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Tirso having to interfere. When Serafin Isusko came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the ateneo.f.c. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Isusko couldn't finish the play. Alvaro Indartsu's late challenge caught a ateneo.f.c.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Indartsu helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Firsag FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Indartsu. Gabriel Tirso stood somewhat misplaced when Sixto Iliana came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 74 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Vicente Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. ateneo.f.c.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Gasteiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 played minutes, ateneo.f.c.'s Clemente Veto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Evaristo Gasteiz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ateneo.f.c. reached it.
