The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateo Montrell didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Matará's Aquiles Salamon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Severo Cuartio's late challenge caught a Tolojna FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Cuartio helped the player get up and apologised. When Tolojna FC's Adolfo Fidele in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The wind increased when Adolfo Fidele made the kick off in the second half. Apolo Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Mateo Montrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Montrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Salamon's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Ambrosio Errando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tolojna FC's Mateo Montrell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celso Firman took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Montrell. Mateo Montrell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 71 minutes, Adolfo Fidele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tolojna FC and the Matará players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adolfo Fidele kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Aquiles Salamon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matará's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Salamon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Montrell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Aquiles Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Montrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Matará's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Fidele came free, but Christian Piearres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Mario Veto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateo Montrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ambrosio Errando's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernabe Abaunza during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes Tolojna FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Abaunza. Mateo Montrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Salamon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matará walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
