MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Jonatan Sidoro got a free kick in the 13th minute. The supporters of Rosario De Central booed when C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A. Cleto Eriz kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The Rosario De Central players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nunez Fortun made a kick off. If Hugo Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marcelino Lope fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's protests and gave Marcelino Lope a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rosario De Central booed when C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Lope didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Hugo Mosen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iain Bishop stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nunez Fortun's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Victoro in the 61st minute of play forced Rosario De Central's goalkeeper Santos Bela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Bela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelino Lope in the 62nd minute. Rosario De Central's Santos Bela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Victoro in the 68th minute of play. Hugo Mosen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iain Bishop read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS booed when Rosario De Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Dalmai didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 78th minute of the match Jonatan Sidoro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jonatan Sidoro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Nunez Fortun came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Rosario De Central fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Fortun couldn't finish the play. Mario Victoro hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Hugo Mosen notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS's Iain Bishop. Iain Bishop was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hugo Mosen took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iain Bishop. Iain Bishop dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.A. MALVINAS ARGENTINAS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
