The referee showed Apolo Ceandro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Claraz's Apolo Ceandro got a free kick in the 5th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when Apolo Ceandro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Claraz's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Eate came free, but Tomás Gaizkine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Edgard Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot. TORPEDO's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Eate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Gaizkine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Eate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eloy Lugo struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Tomás Gaizkine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TORPEDO. Tomás Gaizkine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Eate in the 32nd minute of the match. If Eloy Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Gaizkine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Lugo in the 37th minute of play. Claraz's Tomás Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Lugo in the 38th minute of play. When TORPEDO's Eloy Lugo in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Claraz's goalie prevented a goal. Claraz's Tomás Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Lugo in the 45th minute of play. Rogelio Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Cristo Goi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Gaizkine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Eate stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, Claraz's Rogelio Ortzi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Ceandro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Claraz reached it. After a rather tough play, TORPEDO's Adolfo Viviano got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Edgard Eate managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 62nd minute, Apolo Ceandro made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Ceandro. TORPEDO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Tomás Gaizkine made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Eloy Lugo sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute, Edgard Eate fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tomás Gaizkine, passed just outside the right post. After 75 played minutes, Claraz's Ricardo Lucian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Ceandro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Claraz reached it. Fabian Matthew received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tomás Gaizkine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Claraz's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Eate came free, but Tomás Gaizkine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Eloy Lugo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomás Gaizkine. That made the score 2-3 in the 92 minute of play. When the match was over TORPEDO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Claraz throughout the match.
