Ambrosio Gipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Bidun having to interfere. A collision led to Monserrat getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cecilio Gerazan hit a great ball. Ambrosio Gipuzkoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Depo Merlo Oeste's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Ursino came free, but Baltasar Palban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Palban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Ursino in the 15th minute of the match. Baltasar Palban made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Cecilio Gerazan sent off a good shot on target. 0-1 became the score in the 19th minute when Carmelo Eutor elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Monserrat's Leandro Bidun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Eutor in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Monserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Gipuzkoa came free, but Leandro Bidun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Elpidio Ursino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baltasar Palban. Depo Merlo Oeste's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Ursino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Cecilio Gerazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Carmelo Eutor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Bidun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Palban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Gerazan in the 38th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Baltasar Palban successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leandro Eutropio hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cecilio Gerazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Baltasar Palban made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Monserrat's Elpidio Ursino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baltasar Palban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Elpidio Ursino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Palban having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elpidio Ursino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Depo Merlo Oeste's Baltasar Palban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Gerazan in the 55th minute of play. Baltasar Palban came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Monserrat's Cecilio Gerazan. But to his dismay, Cecilio Gerazan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Ursino in the 62nd minute of play forced Depo Merlo Oeste's goalkeeper Baltasar Palban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Depo Merlo Oeste's Baldomiro Justin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute Cecilio Gerazan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Palban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Monserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Eutor came free, but Leandro Bidun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Venancio Montrell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After having played for 86 minutes, Elpidio Ursino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monserrat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Ursino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Leandro Eutropio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. The supporters of Monserrat booed when Depo Merlo Oeste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Eutropio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 played minutes, Monserrat's Marco Ostots shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baltasar Palban came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Monserrat reached it. Elpidio Ursino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltasar Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Ursino, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Arnulfo Chano kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play Monserrat's Marcelino Gipuzkoa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Marcelino Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Urtun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Bidun having to make a save.
