Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arnaldo Cesaro kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Iruya getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Delmar Hodei hit a great ball. Arnaldo Cesaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iruya's Ovidio Eneko got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amado Manny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Ticho in the 13th minute of the match. Arnaldo Cesaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Godfredo Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Cristobal Garaile in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Iruya's Romeo Ticho. Damaso Ederono might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amado Manny. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Ederono ran back to his position shaking his head. Alejandro Chus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Amado Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Ederono struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Amado Manny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iruya.
Iruya made a substitution. Celedonio Pedroso replaced Romeo Ticho. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godfredo Montrell made a kick off. The supporters of Iruya booed when Va el Tercero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Cesaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaldo Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fidel Eliazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Cesaro kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Damaso Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Amado Manny was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Godfredo Montrell capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Godfredo Montrell really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Fidel Eliazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Cesaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Iruya's zone, Arnaldo Cesaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Eliazar came out of the goal and Arnaldo Cesaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fidel Eliazar came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Va el Tercero's Arnaldo Cesaro. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Cesaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ricardo Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Fidel Eliazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amado Manny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Montrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Va el Tercero's goalkeeper Amado Manny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Montrell. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
