Marco Ursino made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Arnoldo Estevon sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute, Teobaldo Matro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnoldo Estevon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Marco Ursino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albano Rivero to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Las Bestias FC's Gaspar Frances nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Ursino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Apolo Admon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josías González in the 60th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Filomeno Min put in a rough tackle. 63 minutes into the game, one of Las Bestias FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Calilegua's Aristides Cucao got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Apolo Admon. Teobaldo Matro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to Calilegua getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nils Lindkvist hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Calilegua's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Estevon came free, but Marco Ursino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 played minutes Las Bestias FC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Isias. Apolo Admon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Rivero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes Las Bestias FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Azeari. Calilegua's Marco Ursino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Estevon in the 80th minute of play. Josías González could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Apolo Admon made a huge save. Arnoldo Estevon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Ursino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Marco Ursino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Estevon, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Las Bestias FC's Lucas Azeari got a free kick in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Las Bestias FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lucas Azeari hit a great ball. Marco Ursino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Estevon in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Las Bestias FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
