After a rather tough play, Gregorio's Nestor Inge got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Anibal Marko kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Uriel Selatse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Cibran having to interfere. Gregorio's Arsenio Cibran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Gregorio from getting a goal against them. In the 18th match minute, Gregorio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Marko in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Prejun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vinicio Ederono kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Benjamin Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Arsenio Cibran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Gregorio's Ezequiel Crescencio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haroldo Prejun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gregorio's Arsenio Cibran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Gregorio from getting a goal against them. If Ezequiel Crescencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Gregorio's Ezequiel Crescencio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haroldo Prejun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezequiel Crescencio made a kick off. Haroldo Prejun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Crescencio in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 played minutes Gregorio got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Inge. Haroldo Prejun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Marko in the 57th minute. Anibal Marko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Haroldo Prejun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, LA VIA FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Prejun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Marko. Anibal Marko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Prejun having to interfere. Nestor Inge took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldo Prejun. Haroldo Prejun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Gregorio's Ezequiel Crescencio got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haroldo Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Crescencio in the 82nd minute of the match. Alonzo Lauro's late challenge caught a LA VIA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Lauro helped the player get up and apologised. The Gregorio supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gregorio would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
