Geronimo Fero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Cisco having to interfere. Lorenzo Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Fero in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Mauricio Kimetz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malvinas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Kimetz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Alfredo Caradaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Trevor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malvinas FC the free kick. Malvinas FC's Samuel Ramone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Maule in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Malvinas FC's Samuel Ramone got control of the ball when Venancio Artaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Higinio Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Higinio Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Trevor FC's Lorenzo Cisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Caradaro in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Trevor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Barros to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Artaldo in the 71st minute of play forced Malvinas FC's goalkeeper Samuel Ramone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match, Geronimo Fero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lorenzo Cisco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
