Bonifacio Rivero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Ramiro Atauri notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Penca's Ferenc Segesváry. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Atauri in the 28th minute of play forced Penca's goalkeeper Ferenc Segesváry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Reynaldo Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Penca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Marquez couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in CHAPITA's zone, Reynaldo Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Rafe came out of the goal and Reynaldo Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteve Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

After a rather tough play, CHAPITA's Esteve Pelagius got a free kick in the 57th minute. Bonifacio Rivero scored 1-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raimundo Rafe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raimundo Rafe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Rivero in the 84th minute of play.
