Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benjamin Cuartio started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Sportivo Villa Salas's goalkeeper Luisito Goiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fermin Abastas. Sportivo Villa Salas's Luisito Goiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Villa Salas from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Hever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Jacobo Normando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luisito Goiz was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. The supporters of Espinillo AFC booed when Sportivo Villa Salas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Librado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Espinillo AFC's Marcelo Bikendi tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Espinillo AFC's Jacobo Normando in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Villa Salas's goalie prevented a goal. If Jonathan Hever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Ioritz in the 28th minute of play forced Espinillo AFC's goalkeeper Santiago Mark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Ioritz in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Mark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 33 minutes, Benjamin Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Villa Salas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Cuartio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benjamin Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sportivo Villa Salas's Bernardo Ioritz in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Espinillo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobo Normando to make the kick off. Luisito Goiz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Espinillo AFC's Jonathan Hever shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 54 minutes, Fermin Abastas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espinillo AFC and the Sportivo Villa Salas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Fermin Abastas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Benjamin Cuartio came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Sportivo Villa Salas fans jumped to their feet. In a very dangerous position, a player in Espinillo AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Edelmiro Librado walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Sportivo Villa Salas's Bernardo Ioritz got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Godofredo Chico fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Villa Salas's protests and gave Godofredo Chico a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Villa Salas's Godofredo Chico got a free kick in the 80th minute. Jonathan Hever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Luisito Goiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leonel Emesto fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Villa Salas's protests and gave Leonel Emesto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Leonel Emesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 minutes, Teobaldo Sein mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Villa Salas and the Espinillo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Sportivo Villa Salas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Sein to maneuver through the defense. If Jacobo Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Espinillo AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sportivo Villa Salas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
