Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Justo Mendez got the match started through his kick off. Justo Mendez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Emilio Selatse when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 7 minutes into the game, Honorato Hotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anier Beremundo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 11 minutes, Amancio Maidana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sorento FC and the Sepultura players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes Sorento FC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Maidana. In the 12th minute, Esteve Aballe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Eneko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilio Selatse. Sorento FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabio Maurin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sorento FC booed when Sepultura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Poncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29th play minutes Honorato Hotz shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Anier Beremundo and just under the crossbar into goal. After 32 minutes, Fabio Breogan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sorento FC and the Sepultura players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sorento FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fabio Breogan hit a great ball. The supporters of Sorento FC booed when Sepultura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Honorato Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorento FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Hotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Beremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorato Hotz to strike the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Chinto got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Adrian Arnalt. Honorato Hotz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Anier Beremundo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 56th minute, Saul Odilon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anier Beremundo, passed just outside the right post. In the 57th minute Honorato Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Beremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Honorato Hotz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anier Beremundo. Sepultura's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Honorato Hotz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Alejandro Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorento FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Franco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Beremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sepultura's Justo Mendez in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sorento FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 73 played minutes Sorento FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Kaiet. Ezequiel Phelipe's late challenge caught a Sepultura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Phelipe helped the player get up and apologised. Ezequiel Phelipe kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 85thth minute of the game Justo Mendez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sorento FC's Emilio Selatse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Mendez in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Justo Mendez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Selatse was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Fabio Breogan kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Gabriel Barto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilio Selatse skillfully saved the ball. Emilio Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Mendez in the 94th minute of play forced Sorento FC's goalkeeper Emilio Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Sorento FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sorento FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
