Anier Beremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Egoi in the 6th minute of the match. The nice shot from Nereo Arias in the 8thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Anier Beremundo had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. If Carlos Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sepultura getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Valentin Sancho hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Nereo Arias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anier Beremundo. Sepultura's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nereo Arias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nereo Arias succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 17th playminute. Nereo Arias struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Anier Beremundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selva AFC. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Justo Mendez sped through Selva AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Blas Remir. 29 minutes into the match, Sepultura's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Arias came free, but Anier Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sepultura's Justo Mendez in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Selva AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When Carlos Egoi fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Selva AFC's protests and gave Carlos Egoi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sepultura getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Baldomero Chinto hit a great ball. Orlando Dolcet hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 42 played minutes Carlos Egoi rounded Sepultura's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. If Nereo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Sepultura's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Egoi came free, but Anier Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Egoi kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justo Mendez to make the kick off. Severino Edwardo's late challenge caught a Sepultura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severino Edwardo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sepultura booed when Selva AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Edwardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Barto, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Anier Beremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Arias in the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Simon Cefero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blas Remir showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Selva AFC's Carlos Egoi got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Carlos Egoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Edwardo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Simon Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Remir having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Orlando Dolcet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Selva AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sepultura the free kick. Nereo Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Beremundo having to interfere. Anier Beremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Arias in the 92nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Mendez in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Remir prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
