If Marcial Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Marcial Birjaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Birjaio in the 23rd minute of play forced club atl jorge newbery's goalkeeper Donato Patrido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When El Abolengo's Marcial Birjaio in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Marcial Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Abolengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Birjaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Patrido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Patrido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Arnalt in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, club atl jorge newbery's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Birjaio came free, but Donato Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Honorio Arnalt managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Abolengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorio Arnalt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Patrido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marcial Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorio Arnalt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donato Patrido having to make a save. The club atl jorge newbery players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Abolengo were winning 0-2.

Marcial Birjaio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Donato Patrido firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 65 played minutes club atl jorge newbery got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gutierrez. El Abolengo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Arnalt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Loiola in the 84th minute of play forced El Abolengo's goalkeeper Jedrzej Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorio Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Arnalt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd match minute, club atl jorge newbery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, club atl jorge newbery's Carolo Bakar got a free kick in the 94th minute. El Abolengo played a much better game than club atl jorge newbery and deserved their victory. The club atl jorge newbery players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
