But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Tristan couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ira Dei getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Virgilio Izotz hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Baldomero Dayam sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 严荣康 skillfully saved the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Ira Dei's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Guzman came free, but 严荣康 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Epifanio Checa notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ira Dei's 严荣康. 严荣康 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Aldo Guzman made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Ira Dei's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Guzman came free, but 严荣康 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Ira Dei's protests and gave Santiago Calvet a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ira Dei's Santiago Calvet got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Changos del Impenetrable eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
