Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gustavo Mendiko started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Fernando Liher fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's protests and gave Fernando Liher a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Fernando Liher hit a great ball. Efrain Igon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Milian having to interfere. Tiburcio Domeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Pascual Enmanuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Pascual Enmanuel got control of the ball when Tiburcio Domeka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hilario Etxekopar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Enmanuel having to interfere. Celedonio Naike blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pascual Enmanuel having to make a save. Pascual Enmanuel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Naike's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. With his leg Pascual Enmanuel managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when HIV's Tiburcio Domeka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pascual Enmanuel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiburcio Domeka in the 23rd minute. Feliciano Frascuelo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Teodosio Quintan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Pascual Enmanuel didn't even have to move. In the 33rd minute, Tiburcio Domeka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Fernando Liher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Milian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, HIV's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Mendiko came free, but Dionisio Milian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Milian having to interfere. Dionisio Milian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Mendiko in the 48th minute of play.

Celedonio Naike recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 57 played minutes Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Henry. In the 62nd minute, Nicolas Bieito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Virgilio Herauso tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Feliciano Frascuelo's late challenge caught a HIV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliciano Frascuelo helped the player get up and apologised. Celedonio Naike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fernando Liher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Gustavo Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pascual Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Domeka in the 89th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Celedonio Naike's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascual Enmanuel was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. After 91 played minutes Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Katia. In the 93rd minute Celedonio Naike shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Enmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV's Efrain Igon got a free kick in the 94th minute. Tiburcio Domeka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vélez Sarsfield de Rio IV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
