Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ubaldo Urbez started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute of the game Genaro Cordarrel made a throw-in which Celestino Farias played forward. After having played for 12 minutes, Celestino Farias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niquivil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Farias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 played minutes Neanderthal got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Florin. Romulo Bladi's late challenge caught a Niquivil FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Bladi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Neanderthal's Eloy Rafel got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 29th minute, Neanderthal's Pim Pero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Neanderthal booed when Niquivil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Cordaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Neanderthal's Eleuterio Lano got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilio Lugo was the one to do the kick off. Pim Pero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the game, Pim Pero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Evelio Lonzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pim Pero in the 60th minute of play forced Niquivil FC's goalkeeper Evelio Lonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evelio Lonzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pim Pero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the game, Virgilio Lugo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Evelio Lonzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Neanderthal made a substitution. Isaac Lehen replaced Romulo Bladi. Virgilio Lugo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evelio Lonzo having to make a save. 71 minutes into the game, Celestino Farias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Niquivil FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neanderthal the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Celestino Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Neanderthal's Virgilio Lugo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evelio Lonzo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Virgilio Lugo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Evelio Lonzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neanderthal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Neanderthal had played much better football throughout.
