Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Enrique Osoro kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Elertondo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Osoro came free, but Marcos Santxol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Enrique Osoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Osoro in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Santxol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blas Chan's late challenge caught a Pucará's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blas Chan helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Elertondo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Chan. Marcos Santxol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Osoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Chan was shown his second yellow card after 20 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Blas Chan hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Albino Cisco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Santxol skillfully saved the ball. If Victorino Telmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulises Ascencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pucará's Enrique Osoro in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elertondo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Elertondo AFC's Ulises Ascencio got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pucará's Manuel Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Ascencio in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Pucará got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Osoro. The audience was convinced that Enrique Osoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Santxol was relentless in the 49th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulises Ascencio to strike the kick off in the second half. Nestor Vistruario charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Elertondo AFC booed when Pucará was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Elertondo AFC's Erubiel Lon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience was convinced that Victorino Telmo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Santxol was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Telmo in the 81st minute of play forced Elertondo AFC's goalkeeper Marcos Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rdth minute of the game Victorino Telmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elertondo AFC's Marcos Santxol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute Victorino Telmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Santxol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Telmo in the 89th minute of the match. If Victorino Telmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Telmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Santxol having to interfere. Marcos Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Telmo in the 98th minute of play.
