After 7 minutes, Donato Ariando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berazategui City AFC and the Merceditas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Donato Ariando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Berazategui City AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Zacarias Iyan hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Merceditas's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Santana came free, but Iker Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Zacarias Iyan made a precise shot to the right of Iker Handi. Merceditas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Angel Santana scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iker Handi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iker Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Lander, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Ariando in the 26th minute of play forced Merceditas's goalkeeper Iker Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Berazategui City AFC's Maximo Edwardo got control of the ball when Mauricio Lando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Ariando got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After having played for 34 minutes, Prospero Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berazategui City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Lander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berazategui City AFC's Maximo Edwardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Berazategui City AFC from getting a goal against them. Iker Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Lander, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Otoniel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Berazategui City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Iyan. In the 57th minute, Marcelino Christobal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 59 minutes, Prospero Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berazategui City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Lander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Berazategui City AFC booed when Merceditas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Fernanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauricio Lando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Edwardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Angel Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Iker Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. With a little luck, Merceditas's Iker Handi got control of the ball when Prospero Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 played minutes Merceditas got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Fernanco. The crowd rose to their feet as Prospero Lander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iker Handi. That made the score 0-3 in the 78 minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Severo Heli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Merceditas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berazategui City AFC the free kick. In the 81st match minute, Merceditas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Heli to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Berazategui City AFC's Angel Santana got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Erasmo Sotero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Prospero Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berazategui City AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Lander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Handi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Carolo Fernanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Berazategui City AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Merceditas throughout the match.
