Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Bastiaro made the kick off and thus started the match. Cristian Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Shantala having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Jerrald in the 7th minute of play forced Trejos's goalkeeper Elpidio Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Cristian Bastiaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mustang F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Bastiaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Bastiaro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Elpidio Shantala 10 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Joaquin Arotza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Elpidio Shantala successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 15th match minute, Trejos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Poz to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mustang F.C.'s Cristian Bastiaro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Jerrald in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Shantala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Cristian Bastiaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Shantala was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Cristian Bastiaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mustang F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Bastiaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Shantala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute of the match Mustang F.C. got a corner. Trejos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Ler ran over to the corner to take the kick. Trejos's Elpidio Shantala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Trejos from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 36 in the game by Cristian Bastiaro from a close distance when the talented Elpidio Shantala managed to make a qualified save. Trejos's players were relieved. Elpidio Shantala was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Cristian Bastiaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Bastiaro really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Elpidio Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavio Acosta to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Cristian Bastiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Trejos's zone, Nicu Crăiță stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Shantala came out of the goal and Nicu Crăiță tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elpidio Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Jerrald in the 55th minute of play. Elpidio Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Bastiaro in the 56th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cristian Bastiaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elpidio Shantala was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakhdar Chedda in the 62nd minute of play forced Trejos's goalkeeper Elpidio Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Cosme Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Aznaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Cristian Bastiaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Elpidio Shantala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Trejos's Modesto Resto got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Mustang F.C.'s Gavino Jerrald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elpidio Shantala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Elpidio Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Jerrald in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Casimiro Obano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Shantala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Bastiaro went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Elpidio Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Jerrald, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Mustang F.C.'s Julian Quirce was substituted for Cristian Bastiaro. Jorge Ler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Shantala having to interfere. There was no doubt that Mustang F.C. were the better team. Mustang F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
