Salsedo FC's Mariano Cheche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Love in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Kevin Love took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Mariano Cheche to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the game, Benjamin Jurgi threw the ball into play from the sideline. SAN TELMO FC's Celso Frisco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 26th minute, Celso Cordarrol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SAN TELMO FC's Kevin Love got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Salsedo FC's zone, Kevin Love stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Cheche came out of the goal and Kevin Love tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Loiola in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Cheche saved Salsedo FC from getting behind. If Kevin Love had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Kevin Love recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mariano Cheche. Kevin Love showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Kevin Love sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Loiola in the 57th minute of play forced Salsedo FC's goalkeeper Mariano Cheche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Love received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mariano Cheche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Cheche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Loiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When SAN TELMO FC's Kevin Love in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. SAN TELMO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Love was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SAN TELMO FC's Efren Lazaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Gaur in the 79th minute of play. If Kevin Love had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rdth minute of the game Kevin Love who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salsedo FC's Mariano Cheche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niceto Loiola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kevin Love fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Cheche having to interfere. Kevin Love struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Mariano Cheche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN TELMO FC. Kevin Love fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Cheche having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SAN TELMO FC had played much better football throughout.
