The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Argi got free with Gonzalo Lawrence in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th match minute, Pedermar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Erroman to maneuver through the defense. If Santos Silviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the match, Goldney AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Txordon came free, but Carlos Jurdan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Jurdan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Txordon, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of Pedermar booed when Goldney AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Rufo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Txordon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedermar's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
