Saul Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Gaskon in the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Coiruro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Urritz to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Coiruro's Aureliano Isias threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lázaro Euloxu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcelino Paublo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Aureliano Isias made a huge save. In the 27th minute Ivan Normando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Isias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Isias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Normando in the 27th minute of play. Nereo Gaskon struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Saul Urdaspal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jumeal. Marcelino Paublo kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 36thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Jumeal's keeper Aureliano Isias was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ivan Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Marcelino Paublo in the 42nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 43 played minutes Jumeal got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Txema. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ivan Normando made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Ruben Sanduru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coiruro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jumeal the free kick. After 54 played minutes Coiruro got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Sanduru. Martin Lizar might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saul Urdaspal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Lizar ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristo Garikoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Coiruro's Saul Urdaspal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Mancio in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Jumeal booed when Coiruro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Urritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Jumeal's Martin Lizar got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Marcelino Paublo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jumeal's Aureliano Isias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aureliano Isias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Paublo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Ivan Normando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Isias. Jumeal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Normando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Aureliano Isias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Normando in the 92nd minute of play. Ivan Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Aureliano Isias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Coiruro fully deserved thier win.
