After 5 minutes, Paolo Lehior mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cañete and the Cazón players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pastor Servando came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Cazón's Aldo Luken. But to his dismay, Aldo Luken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Zeledon Haimar came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Cañete fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Haimar couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Haimar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Leonardo Rutenio made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, Braulio Bibiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pastor Servando. Cañete's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braulio Bibiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gualterio Unax sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualterio Unax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Rutenio having to interfere. Aldo Luken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Servando having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Bibiano to make the kick off. Pastor Servando made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Aldo Luken sent off a good shot on target. Braulio Bibiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Servando having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Filiberto Kiliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cazón and the Cañete players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cañete booed when Cazón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Kiliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Cañete's Gualterio Unax nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Rutenio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 70th minute Braulio Bibiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Servando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72ndth minute of the game Zeledon Haimar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cazón's Leonardo Rutenio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pastor Servando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualterio Unax charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualterio Unax the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gualterio Unax hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Pastor Servando made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Filiberto Kiliz sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cazón eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
