In the 7th minute Gustavo Demesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Refugio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Potrerillos FC's Tadeo Abalos got control of the ball when Luis Pacho tried to sneak it across the goal line.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Ekialde in the 51st minute of play forced Potrerillos FC's goalkeeper Tadeo Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Bernat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jeremias Refugio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Demesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jeremias Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Demesio in the 84th minute of play. Potrerillos FC's Tadeo Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Ekialde in the 85th minute of play. The Falda FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Potrerillos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
