Gómez AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fecha Libre the free kick. A collision led to Gómez AFC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Adriana Urtsua hit a great ball. The corner led Fecha Libre's Pawel Sierocki to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Pes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 10th minute, Aurelio Galo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Johans in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Guillerme saved Fecha Libre from getting behind. Narciso Modestio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Cai kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Gabriel Ciceron struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Juan Pes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fecha Libre. Narciso Modestio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Juan Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Modestio kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 31stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Gómez AFC's keeper Juan Pes was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Narciso Modestio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juan Pes came out and tried to block the shot, but Narciso Modestio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. In the 39th minute Romeo Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Guillerme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gómez AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Maximino Bidun hit a great ball. Narciso Modestio's late challenge caught a Gómez AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Modestio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Fecha Libre getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Narciso Modestio hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Romeo Fagondo made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Guillerme. Fecha Libre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narciso Modestio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gómez AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adolfo Gaitano was slow to take the kick. During this time Fecha Libre's players had a chance to rest. Virgilio Ladio tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Juan Pes. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-1 in the 55th minute. When Fecha Libre's Narciso Modestio in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gómez AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Gabriel Ciceron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69th play minutes Aurelio Galo shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Juan Pes and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 72nd minute, Romeo Fagondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelio Galo struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Juan Pes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fecha Libre. Narciso Modestio might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Pes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narciso Modestio ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Aurelio Galo sped through Gómez AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Pes. Teodoro Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Fagondo in the 92nd minute of play. Paulino Gora kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Johans during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fecha Libre had played much better football throughout.
