Luciano Beltran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Videl in the 6th minute of play. Gaudencio Txordon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rolando Milio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Milio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Adriana Mingo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luciano Beltran having to make a save. 32 minutes into the match, Morenillo's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Videl came free, but Luciano Beltran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nicasio Romildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaudencio Txordon struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Rolando Milio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morenillo. Nicasio Romildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Firmat got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Hermelando. Eugenio Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Luciano Beltran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

A collision led to Morenillo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Arnulfo Eskuin hit a great ball. A hard shot by Rosendo Grabiel from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Luciano Beltran's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Luciano Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Videl in the 59th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Adriana Mingo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saul Lalla lost his temper 81 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 80th minute, one of Firmat:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Firmat. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Morenillo. Guaberto Cordarrol stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rolando Milio. 1-0. Luciano Beltran made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Adriana Mingo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Firmat's Cristian Federigo got a free kick in the 98th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Firmat's zone, Gaudencio Txordon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Milio came out of the goal and Gaudencio Txordon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Firmat players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Morenillo.
