Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Victor Xabier kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Zeledon Jusepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Vendetta FC's Zeledon Jusepe got a free kick in the 8th minute. If Leonardo Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Elpidio Vidal managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Vendetta FC's Reynaldo Felipillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the match, Junín FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Berto came free, but Elpidio Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timoteo Sengrat hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Felipillo scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elpidio Vidal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Vendetta FC defense, Eustaquio Brais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Dolfo. The Vendetta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Dolfo should have stopped the shot. After 28 played minutes Junín FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Quintyn. Rodolfo Dolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Xabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Vendetta FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin James. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Brais in the 36th minute of play forced Vendetta FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Dolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th match minute, Junín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Aureo to maneuver through the defense. Vendetta FC's Rodolfo Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Aureo in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Anselmo Muno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Junín FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vendetta FC the free kick. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Junín FC! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reynaldo Felipillo to make the kick off. Reynaldo Felipillo struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Elpidio Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vendetta FC. In the 55th minute, Zeledon Jusepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natalio Aureo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Elpidio Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Berto in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Reynaldo Felipillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 63 played minutes Vendetta FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Ostots. After a rather tough play, Vendetta FC's Benedicto Ostots got a free kick in the 67th minute. Elpidio Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Berto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Anselmo Muno put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Junín FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vendetta FC:s goal. The referee gave Vendetta FC a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Reynaldo Felipillo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Junín FC's Elpidio Vidal. 4-1. The audience was convinced that Reynaldo Felipillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elpidio Vidal was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Elpidio Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Felipillo in the 79th minute of play. Ladislao Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Junín FC defense, Diego Berto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Vidal. The Junín FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Vidal should have stopped the shot. Elpidio Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Berto in the 94th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Felipillo in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Vidal saved Junín FC from getting behind.
