Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dario Jokin made the kick off which started today's match. The long shot by Remigio Goizeder in the 4th minute really tested Matias Xabier's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 5 minutes into the match, Obanta's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Cordarin came free, but Marcial Endura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Cristo Cordarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Endura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ranquelcó's Ciro Gaxan got a free kick in the 9th minute. Matias Xabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Jokin in the 13th minute of play. Marcial Endura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mede, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Cristo Cordarin, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marcial Endura was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gavino Danels short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Matias Xabier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Obanta's Marcial Endura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Cordarin in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Cristo Cordarin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Obanta's Marcial Endura. Marcial Endura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Faustino Ostargi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Obanta's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Cordarin came free, but Marcial Endura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Obanta getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lorenzo Ilixo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Cordarin in the 35th minute of play forced Obanta's goalkeeper Marcial Endura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Matias Xabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Endura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mede, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Lorenzo Ilixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Xabier having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Obanta's Gavino Danel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matias Xabier. That made the score 1-1 after 47 minutes of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristo Cordarin to strike the kick off in the second half. If Dario Jokin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Obanta's Dario Jokin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Xabier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Remigio Goizeder hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, Ranquelcó's Octavio Isias broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Cristo Cordarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Endura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After 62 played minutes Ranquelcó got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Quintyn. 63 minutes into the match, Ranquelcó's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Danel came free, but Matias Xabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Mede came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcial Endura could save by the left post. Matias Xabier came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Obanta's Gavino Danel. But to his dismay, Gavino Danel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The Ranquelcó fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Ranquelcó's Gabriel Mede looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 80 minutes into the match, Gabriel Mede notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Obanta's Marcial Endura. Marcial Endura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristo Cordarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Marcial Endura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Ilixo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Ilixo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ranquelcó booed when Obanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Ilixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ranquelcó had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
