Hernan Jerico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anibal Transito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Rutenio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Bonifacio Quinteros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Hernan Jerico made a huge save. 20 minutes into the game, Serafino Gumaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ernestina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ComeNonas FC the free kick. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, ComeNonas FC's Aldo Oskitz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hernan Jerico. The audience was convinced that Aldo Oskitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Jerico was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Abel Peru ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that ComeNonas FC were the better team. ComeNonas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
