The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Pablo Palben made a precise shot to the right of Bernabe Emenon. Colazo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Luciano Ceandro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rigoberto Lluis, 1-1. Bernabe Emenon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Palben in the 17th minute of the match. If Bernabe Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Colazo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Palben came free, but Bernabe Emenon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pablo Palben's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernabe Emenon was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Miro got free with Rigoberto Lluis in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Artigal AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Cristos. Artigal AFC's Rigoberto Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Ceandro in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Palben stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Enrique Miro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Lluis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Ceandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colazo FC's Bernabe Emenon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Colazo FC from getting a goal against them. Angelo Pirmin's late challenge caught a Artigal AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Pirmin helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes, Colazo FC's Godofredo Txurio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rigoberto Lluis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colazo FC reached it. 75 minutes into the match, Colazo FC's Luciano Ceandro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rigoberto Lluis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernabe Perez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernabe Emenon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Antonio Bertol, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 85th minute Luciano Ceandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Lluis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Pablo Palben managed to get in a good position for a shot. Artigal AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Palben was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Emenon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ismael Vasco hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Pablo Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Palben in the 92nd minute of play forced Colazo FC's goalkeeper Bernabe Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Ceandro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Rigoberto Lluis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Luciano Ceandro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colazo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Colazo FC had won after a very even match.
