After 13 played minutes Clason got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Senon. In the 14th minute Laureano Sol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Ekhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Hector Turi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Leteque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Weather to maneuver through the defense. Hector Turi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antonio Ekhi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Siro Mon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leteque FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Mon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Ekhi in the 31st minute of play forced Leteque FC's goalkeeper Hector Turi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Turi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antonio Ekhi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Leteque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Weather to maneuver through the defense. Clason's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Henry in the 43rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Arnaldo Henry got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hector Turi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Antonio Ekhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomás Weather during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Tomás Weather hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Leteque FC's goalkeeper Hector Turi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Gabon. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Ekhi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Clason's Claudio Llin got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 57th minute Antonio Ekhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Turi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Ekhi in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Turi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. During the 61st minute of the match Tomás Weather completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tomás Weather a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Gabon in the 63rd minute of play forced Leteque FC's goalkeeper Hector Turi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laureano Sol during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Leteque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Sol to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the game, Antonio Ekhi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Hector Turi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Laureano Sol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leteque FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Sol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Haitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Siro Mons short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Christian Haitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 90 minutes into the match, Clason's goalkeeper Christian Haitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siro Mon. In the 96th minute Antonio Ekhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Turi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leteque FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
