Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hugo Chayo made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute, Baltasar Goren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of DIO booed when Tunal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Chayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Niva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erubiel Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Palban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Nereo Filipo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Erubiel Vela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Erubiel Vela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Desiderio Niva in the 22nd minute. Vladimiro Guillen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Chayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Eulalio Havier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Vela having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match, Desiderio Niva got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erubiel Vela was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Erubiel Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Palban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Modesto Eskuin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Modesto Eskuin fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIO's protests and gave Modesto Eskuin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tunal FC booed when DIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Eskuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Hugo Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tunal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Chayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Nereo Filipo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Tunal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Filipo couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the game, Desiderio Niva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Erubiel Vela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jeronimo Tajo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Tunal FC's Erubiel Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Palban in the 59th minute of play. Desiderio Niva took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erubiel Vela. Erubiel Vela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Erubiel Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Niva, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Gogo Palban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DIO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When Desiderio Niva came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the DIO fans jumped to their feet. In the 90th minute, Gogo Palban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When Desiderio Niva came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the DIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Niva couldn't finish the play. DIO's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
