Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Damian Firmin got the match started through his kick off. Octavio Claris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Osoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Erubiel Veremundo made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Zeledon Lauro sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Erubiel Veremundo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Marga FC's Lorenzo Urdaspal got a free kick in the 10th minute. A collision led to Marga FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Julio Valery hit a great ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Octavio Claris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caraguatay's Melchor Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Caraguatay defense, Flavio Madeo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melchor Osoro. The Caraguatay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melchor Osoro should have stopped the shot. Octavio Claris struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Melchor Osoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marga FC. Octavio Claris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Mateo Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Veremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melchor Osoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octavio Claris's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Mateo Rufio's late challenge caught a Marga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Rufio helped the player get up and apologised. Mateo Rufio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Caraguatay's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Claris came free, but Melchor Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes Marga FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Valery. Marga FC's Erubiel Veremundo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Marga FC from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Octavio Claris stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Melchor Osoro managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Marga FC's Octavio Claris fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Octavio Claris came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Melchor Osoro could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Madeo in the 63rd minute of play forced Caraguatay's goalkeeper Melchor Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes, Octavio Claris made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Caraguatay's Melchor Osoro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Claris got free with Melchor Osoro in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteban Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Caraguatay's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Claris came free, but Melchor Osoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melchor Osoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octavio Claris's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Serafin Salvator took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Osoro. Melchor Osoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 91 minutes into the match, Caraguatay's goalkeeper Melchor Osoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavio Claris. Erubiel Veremundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeledon Lauro went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Marga FC's Flavio Madeo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marga FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
