The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Xene Fc's Tomás Silviano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tomás Silviano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Xene Fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tomás Silviano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Tomás Silviano hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 08.MANDRAKE FC's Sixto Mon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabah Khaldi in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Dale in the 12th minute of play forced 08.MANDRAKE FC's goalkeeper Sixto Mon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xene Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Teofilo Galindo scored to the left of an out of position Edgardo Marz, making the score, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Edgardo Marz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Niceto Sabino hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Edgardo Marz made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Teofilo Galindo sent off a good shot on target. Gabriel Casomiro got in the 28th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Edgardo Marz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Edgardo Marz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Casomiro in the 31st minute of play. Edgardo Marz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Galindo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Teofilo Galindo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Marz. Xene Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofilo Galindo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Bernardo Martinez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Froilan Lorien's late challenge caught a Xene Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Froilan Lorien helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of 08.MANDRAKE FC booed when Xene Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Oidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgardo Marz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Lorien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Marz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Lorien in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Xene Fc booed when 08.MANDRAKE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Rik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Xene Fc's zone, Gabriel Casomiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Marz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Sixto Mon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Sabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Froilan Lorien didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, 08.MANDRAKE FC's goalkeeper Sixto Mon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helge Dale. Abel Oidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
