An unexpectedly hard shot by Rabah Khaldi in the 14th minute of play forced Arthur Morgan´s Club's goalkeeper Eloy Remir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Xene Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Raitin came free, but Edgardo Marz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Lizar hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Hernan Iraunkor took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Eloy Remir to make any attempt to save it. With 28 minutes on the clock, Igor Bidari commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Eloy Remir, was totally fooled by Xene Fc's Abel Oidor, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Arthur Morgan´s Club's Eloy Remir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabah Khaldi in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 played minutes Arthur Morgan´s Club got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Lizar. Abel Oidor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eloy Remir. Arthur Morgan´s Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Xene Fc booed when Arthur Morgan´s Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Lizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Xene Fc's Rabah Khaldi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eloy Remir. That made the score 4-0 after 38 minutes of play. 41 minutes into the match, Abel Oidor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eloy Remir, 5-0. Eloy Remir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Khaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Rodriguez made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Jacobo Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eloy Remir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Oidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helge Dale's late challenge caught a Arthur Morgan´s Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Helge Dale helped the player get up and apologised. Eloy Remir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Dale, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Eloy Remir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rabah Khaldi went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the game, Rabah Khaldi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xene Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arthur Morgan´s Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Xene Fc's Rabah Khaldi got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 80th minute Rabah Khaldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Rabah Khaldi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xene Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. If Arnaldo Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Xene Fc fully deserved thier win.
