Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hernan Garcia started the match with the kick off. Anier Kinsen's late challenge caught a Higuain FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anier Kinsen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Anier Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Higuain FC's Melquiades Soin got a free kick in the 7th minute. Eriberto Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Garcia in the 11th minute of the match. Angel Manex hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Eriberto Txordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Garcia in the 19th minute of play. Hernan Garcia took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Txordon. Eriberto Txordon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Fernando Orixe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Soin in the 27th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Luisito Criston mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mercedario AFC and the Higuain FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Venancio Pacifico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Cresenciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 35th minute, Liviu Huștea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 37 minutes, Celso Brais mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Higuain FC and the Mercedario AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mercedario AFC booed when Higuain FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Brais didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Siro Playo fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Higuain FC's protests and gave Siro Playo a yellow card for diving instead. Siro Playo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Adolfo Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Txordon came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Mercedario AFC's Angel Manex. But to his dismay, Angel Manex quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Koke Branca made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Melquiades Soin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Mercedario AFC's Fernando Cresenciano. Fernando Cresenciano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Koke Branca struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Fernando Cresenciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Higuain FC. Mercedario AFC's Miguel Obano was substituted for Mauricio Cordairo. The supporters of Mercedario AFC booed when Higuain FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Huștea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Soin in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute Dionisio Gustau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Cresenciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mercedario AFC's Salvador Berriotxoa got a free kick in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Higuain FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Txordon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Garcia. Higuain FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Hernan Garcia scored to the left of an out of position Eriberto Txordon, making the score, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Soin in the 89th minute of play forced Mercedario AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koke Branca in the 90th minute of play. When Higuain FC's Melquiades Soin in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mercedario AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rd minute, Koke Branca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Hernan Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Soin in the 97th minute of the match. Eriberto Txordon was a little too slow when Desiderio Enmanuel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mercedario AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
