KFRV Xeneize's Cyprian Latocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Orte in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to KFRV Xeneize getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Domingos Eleazar hit a great ball. Dante Hitzeder hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Rosendo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Latocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Atlético Mermoz's Arnulfo Txema got control of the ball when Sébastian Maradona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sébastian Maradona kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Björn Ragnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Fabian Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Latocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Jerico in the 24th minute of play forced KFRV Xeneize's goalkeeper Cyprian Latocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Björn Ragnarsson came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the KFRV Xeneize fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Björn Ragnarsson couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Leo Ponzio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Mermoz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 32 played minutes KFRV Xeneize got a freekick which was hit by Sébastian Maradona. KFRV Xeneize's Cyprian Latocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Ritchie in the 32nd minute of play. Cyprian Latocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Arnulfo Txema showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sébastian Maradona, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, KFRV Xeneize's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Barbosa came free, but Cyprian Latocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Atlético Mermoz booed when KFRV Xeneize was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sébastian Maradona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Dolcet made a kick off. KFRV Xeneize's Cyprian Latocha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save KFRV Xeneize from getting a goal against them. Arnulfo Txema made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sébastian Maradona in the 58th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Moises Dolcet put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arnulfo Txema. 66 minutes into the match, Moises Dolcet notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atlético Mermoz's Arnulfo Txema. Arnulfo Txema was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute Rosendo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Latocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Atlético Mermoz getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Rosendo Barbosa hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Cyprian Latocha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 81st minute Rosendo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Latocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Txema came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by KFRV Xeneize's Moises Dolcet. But to his dismay, Moises Dolcet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. A collision led to KFRV Xeneize getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Sébastian Maradona hit a great ball. Arnulfo Txema took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn Ragnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
