Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) ESTUDIANTES FC's Atilano Pirro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match, Mariano Nel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jorge Cordearo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 7th minute, Mariano Nel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Cordearo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jorge Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Nel, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jorge Cordearo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Birila in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Teobaldo Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Vasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Bronder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Prodan Sokol's Eriberto Birila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jorge Cordearo. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Marek Bronder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Pirro in the 19th minute of play. When Teobaldo Vasco came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the ESTUDIANTES FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Vasco couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Eriberto Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prodan Sokol's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Birila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Cordearo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the game, Mariano Nel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Cordearo. Mariano Nel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Marek Bronder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Pirro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Siro Cresenciano hit a great ball. Jorge Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Þyrnir Oddsson in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Atilano Pirro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ESTUDIANTES FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilano Pirro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Siro Cresenciano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ESTUDIANTES FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prodan Sokol the free kick. In the 34th match minute, ESTUDIANTES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Cresenciano to maneuver through the defense. ESTUDIANTES FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Mariano Nel scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Cordearo, making the score, 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Nel made a kick off. Prodan Sokol's Mariano Nel got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Nel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 55 minutes, Cleto Mattin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prodan Sokol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Mattin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Teobaldo Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With a little luck, Prodan Sokol's Marek Bronder got control of the ball when Atilano Pirro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 minutes, Marcelino Erroman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Prodan Sokol and the ESTUDIANTES FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcelino Erroman kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Mariano Nel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teobaldo Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Marek Bronder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the ESTUDIANTES FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Prodan Sokol.
