After a rather tough play, Tegua's Santos Vedillo got a free kick in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Santos Vedillo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tegua's protests and gave Santos Vedillo a yellow card for diving instead. Dante Cuartio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Sacachispas's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Correia came free, but Jesus Raphael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Tegua's Dante Cuartio made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tegua's Dante Cuartio got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jesus Raphael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Cuartio in the 71st minute of play. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Dante Cuartio sped through Sacachispas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jesus Raphael. A collision led to Sacachispas getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Armando Frederik hit a great ball. Dante Cuartio scored 5-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Raphael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sacachispas's zone, Dante Cuartio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Raphael came out of the goal and Dante Cuartio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the game, Tegua's Dante Cuartio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesus Raphael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Jesus Raphael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Cuartio in the 89th minute of play. Jesus Raphael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Cuartio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
