Morteros's Amado Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Errando in the 19th minute of play. In the 20thth minute of the game Angelo Errando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morteros's Amado Roldan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Angelo Errando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Libertador Nacional's Rigoberto Cibran got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The Morteros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amado Roldan should have stopped the shot. In the last second Amado Roldan throw himself and got hold of the ball when Conrado Mirande in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Amado Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Mirande in the 75th minute of the match. During the 78th minute of the match Ubaldo Galeno completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ubaldo Galeno a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 78th match minute, Morteros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Galeno to maneuver through the defense.
