He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Carlisle FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pidagasan:s goal. Agne Browall went to the wrong direction when Carmelo Elodio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Arnaldo Cordeara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Mancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to Pidagasan getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Patricio Manex hit a great ball. Carlisle FC's Agne Browall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Hermon in the 37th minute of play. Jose Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Amador Raymond scored 1-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Cordeara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Carmelo Elodio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Agne Browall made a huge save. Nicolas Hermon struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Agne Browall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pidagasan. Carlisle FC's Faustino Raymundo was substituted for Edgard Kaiet. In the 65th match minute, Pidagasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Hermon to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Hermon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Amador Raymond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Cordeara was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Pidagasan's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Raymond came free, but Arnaldo Cordeara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pidagasan's goalkeeper Arnaldo Cordeara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Pidagasan's Nicolas Hermon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agne Browall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patricio Manex's late challenge caught a Carlisle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Manex helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, Pidagasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Manex to maneuver through the defense. Luis Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Amador Raymond notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Pidagasan's Arnaldo Cordeara. Arnaldo Cordeara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Carlisle FC had won after a very even match.
