Reynaldo Cuarto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dong Bruce's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Raimundo Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sebastian Saja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Cordairo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Reynaldo Cuarto made a huge save. Tomás Gines hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dong Bruce in the 27th minute of play forced Lavalle's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cuarto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dong Bruce might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynaldo Cuarto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dong Bruce ran back to his position shaking his head. Hamza Bulle's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Reynaldo Cuarto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamza Bulle in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reynaldo Cuarto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute, Vicente Cordairo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Salile vo que tené botine players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lavalle were winning 0-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raimundo Sal to make the kick off. Dong Bruce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Cuarto having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lavalle fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! In the 65thth minute of the game Hamza Bulle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavalle's Reynaldo Cuarto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Lavalle's goal looked a bit too open when Dong Bruce came free, but Reynaldo Cuarto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Hamza Bulle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Cuarto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamza Bulle in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Cuarto saved Lavalle from getting behind. In the 80th minute of the match Salile vo que tené botine got a corner. Lavalle's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vicente Cordairo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Dong Bruce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salile vo que tené botine's supporters rose to their feet, but Dong Bruce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Cuarto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the game, Salile vo que tené botine's Hamza Bulle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Cuarto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
