In the 53rdth minute of the game Cristo Macerio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacarita jrs's Celestino Vergaray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Constantino Sustrai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Casomiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Chacarita jrs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Bonifacio Remigio scored to the left of an out of position Celestino Vergaray, making the score, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Austin got free with Celestino Vergaray in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
