Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Constantino Selmo started the match with the kick off. Nunez Cloyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Monclús, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 4th match minute, Preston North End was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Conrao to maneuver through the defense. Leonard Kalak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Selmo in the 6th minute of play. Nunez Cloyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korneliusz Wawak, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Cacharí FC's goal looked a bit too open when Korneliusz Wawak came free, but Nunez Cloyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Hector Cedro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nunez Cloyo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Cacharí FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Simon Bastian hit a great ball. Vicente Monclús took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nunez Cloyo. Cacharí FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cacharí FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vicente Monclús was slow to take the kick. During this time Preston North End's players had a chance to rest. Vicente Monclús made a great header on Preston North End's corner, it was just that Cacharí FC's Nunez Cloyo managed to reach the ball for a save. Miloš Soboňa's late challenge caught a Cacharí FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miloš Soboňa helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Preston North End got a freekick which was hit by Miloš Soboňa. When Simon Bastian came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Cacharí FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Bastian couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Constantino Selmo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leonard Kalak, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Monclús in the 42nd minute of play forced Cacharí FC's goalkeeper Nunez Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Cacharí FC's Leonard Kalak threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Constantino Selmo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Artal in the 47th minute of play forced Preston North End's goalkeeper Leonard Kalak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vicente Monclús made a kick off. Nunez Cloyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Wawak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Constantino Selmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonard Kalak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Korneliusz Wawak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nunez Cloyo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Quin in the 63rd minute of play forced Preston North End's goalkeeper Leonard Kalak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Fabricio Artal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonard Kalak was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 74 minutes into the match, Cacharí FC's goalkeeper Nunez Cloyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Monclús. Constantino Selmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Cacharí FC's Constantino Selmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Kalak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. 83 minutes into the match, Preston North End's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Selmo came free, but Leonard Kalak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Lino Henry threw the ball into play from the sideline. Preston North End's Hector Cedro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Leonard Kalak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horacio Quin went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-3 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cacharí FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Preston North End had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
