Bernardo Iaki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Ponciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Ferro carril Oeste's Pedro Cordareo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Efrain Bide. Efrain Bide yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Nicasio Sugoi's late challenge caught a Scylla A.F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Sugoi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Scylla A.F.C booed when Ferro carril Oeste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Jacinto Ponciano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Iaki. Ferro carril Oeste's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto Ponciano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bernardo Iaki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Bemabe in the 23rd minute of the match. Ferro carril Oeste's Bernardo Iaki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Ponciano in the 24th minute of play. Ferro carril Oeste's Big Mikes got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Scylla A.F.C's Efrain Bide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Cordareo in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Scylla A.F.C's Rodolfo Errolan got a free kick in the 35th minute. The audience was convinced that Ruben Bemabe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Iaki was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Scylla A.F.C's Ruben Bemabe got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arsenio Boniel in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Bide saved Scylla A.F.C from getting behind. Efrain Bide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Boniel in the 65th minute of play. Efrain Bide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferro carril Oeste's Bernardo Iaki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Ponciano in the 76th minute of play. Scylla A.F.C were furious when Alberto Hibai was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 87 played minutes Ferro carril Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Boniel. Ferro carril Oeste were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
